Hi Neighbors,

Please plan on attending the 2025 Coachmans Trl POA Meeting; Tuesday, August 19 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at 120 Coachmans Trl - the Perry's (left at the T and top of the hill on the left).

This year has presented many challenges to our community and we should all be proud of the support and caring we shared and look forward to reconnecting. The meeting will be held outdoors; please bring a chair if you have one, though some will be available. Should weather conditions prevent us from meeting outside, we will relocate to an indoor setting. We will also be providing food and drinks this year, so come prepared to enjoy the evening. All are welcome!

The Agenda and Budget have been sent out via email and will be available in print form at the meeting.

Neighborhood Activities

There is a mix of activities all are encouraged to join including potluck dinners, block parties and holiday gatherings, impromptu bonfires and more...
A Little Free Library is available to the community where everyone is invited to take a moment and enjoy more literacy in their life. Leaving a book is encouraged, but not required. There is also chalk for the kids that want to express themselves, feel free to use the street.
Street and driveway chalk art is encouraged (with property owner approval).
If you are a neighbor, please consider joining the Coachmans Trail Neighborhood Facebook group. Here you will find active discussion on events, free swaps, bear sightings and more. Please note this is not an official communication channel but is a monitored group.
Coachmans Trl is home to the BEST sledding hills this side of the continental divide. If sledding isn't your thing, no worries, there is always a fire and plenty of hot toddies.
