Power is provided by Duke Energy.
Trash/Recycling is provided by FCC Environment
Internet and Cable is available through Spectrum/Charter
Fiber Internet is available from ATT.

Trash is picked up every Wed early AM. Recycling is picked up every other Wed early AM. If in doubt, look at what your neighbor has put out or call FCC to get a copy of the schedule - 828-820-7022
There is year round bear activity in our neighborhood. For your and the bear's safety, please place trash cans curbside the day of pickup. Recycling can be put out the night prior (picked up early AM).
All bins and items not collected are to be brought in by midnight on the day of trash pickup.
Holidays will delay pickup by a day.
Our roads are private and not maintained by the city, county, NCDOT or otherwise.
All roads with limited exceptions are easements across property.
The entry sign and drainage infrastructure include easements for management.
A majority of due assessments are allotted towards road infrastructure maintenance, ie paving and water runoff.
Street lights are owned by Duke Energy, if there are issues you can call and report the number listed on the pole and they will come fix it.
Please be mindful and accommodating in regards to parking in the street when you, or your neighbors, have guests. Emergency vehicles must be able to pass.
In the event of inclement weather, road salt is disbursed on a voluntary basis throughout the community. Check with your neighbor if they have volunteered to store road salt. All salt purchases are reimbursed if you volunteer to purchase for use in road easements.
